What is Fitreat?
Fitreat is a health-focused snack subscription box service that caters to anyone who wants to snack in a fun and adventurous (and healthy!) way. At Fitreat, we have two objectives: find products that match our customer’s fitness goals and help them find brands and items they truly like. Each month, we deliver our snack-filled boxes straight to your door. The rest is history.
What should I expect in my box?
Depending on which size box you choose, you’ll either receive 10 or 20 items curated just to your specific health likings and goals. Our products range from bars to crisps to dried fruits to nuts to drinks and so much more!
Can I choose what goes in my box?
Our boxes are filled with surprises and that’s where we hope you can trust us a little bit! The products change on a monthly basis, so we can’t promise that you’ll get the same product twice over (no matter how good it was). However, we would love if you got in touch with us and let us know which snacks you liked best so that we can make sure to include them again in future monthly boxes.
What brands do you carry?
We like to offer both popular and big-name brands that you know and love, as well as up-and-coming brands that we think you should know about. To give you a little picture, some of the famous brands we find ourselves sending out often are Grenade, Barebells, M&M, Fulfil, and Misfits.
When should I be expecting to receive my box?
We send out our monthly orders on the 10th (or before!) of each month for all orders placed before the last day of the preceeding month.
What do I do if there’s an issue with my order?
We apologize that you’ve had an issue with your order! Our goal is to ensure the highest level customer satisfaction and ultimate enjoyment with each and every box we send out. Please send over an email to us at hello@fitreat.co.uk so we can get everything sorted for you!
